Domaine Mosse is a leading producer of wines made in the Loire Valley nears Angers. The winery is practicing organic and biodynamic. 

The winery held this wine back in order to cellar it for an extra 18 months. Rich fruit, honeyed notes, and intense minerality. The wine is dry, with excellent acidity, and a long finish. Native yeasts, aged 50/50 in oak and concrete, and bottled unfiltered with very minimal sulfur.
