Mosse "Bangarang" Primeur is all Pineau D'Aunis from 50-70 year-old vines, with a very short maceration. The color is a light, bright, slightly cloudy pale red with aromas of raspberry, citrus and rose. On palate is refreshing with notes of berries, chalky acids and spice. Strong notes of white pepper and strawberry. Excellent with a chill.
