Organic farming. Grenache Gris & Macabeu from 95 year old vines. Whole-cluster, direct press for the Grenache Gris. The Macabeu is macerated for two weeks. Elevage takes place in 500 liter old barrels. No added sulfur.

Light yellow color. Lovely aromatic nose. Ripe orchard fruit, orange peel and spice. Rich and full, with a satisfying, lingering finish.
