Matassa Blanc 2019 & Matassa Blanc 2021:  A blend of Grenache Gris and Macabeu from 95 year old vines. Organic farming. Whole-cluster, direct press for the Grenache Gris. The Macabeu is macerated for two weeks. Elevage takes place in 500 liter old barrels. No added sulfur. Light yellow color. Lovely aromatic nose. Ripe orchard fruit, orange peel and spice. Rich and full, with a satisfying, lingering finish.

Matassa Mambo Sun 2020: A blend of 30% Macabeu and 70% Grenache grapes of all three color variations (Noir, Gris, Blanc). All co-fermented as whole clusters avoiding extract, pressed after just 5 days and aged in concrete tanks. Very pale in color and light in body, fresh and chillable.

Matassa Rouge 2020 & Matassa Rouge 2021: A blend of Carignan/20% local white varieties from organically farmed 112 year old vines in marl and granite soil. 20 months élevage. Light filtration and no fining. No added sulfur. Deep ruby color. On the nose, a complex explosion of black fruits, spices, tar and leather. In the mouth it is full bodied, with dense tannins, a pleasant saline note and a long finish.

Tattouine Rouge 2021: A blend of Grenache Gris and Grenache Noir. Schist soil, co-maceration of whole clusters of both grapes for 3 weeks, followed by gentle pressing and 6 months of maturation in casks. Organic and biodynamic, made with native yeast and no added sulfur.
