This is a blend of 40 year old Merlot from Gignac and 30 year old Syrah from Plaissan. Both grown on clay-limestone soils. Farming is organic. Fruit is destemmed and lightly crushed. 15 days maceration in fiberglass, then pressed and aged 11 months in fiberglass. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with no added sulfur.

Medium-bodied and easy-drinking, with notes of black plum & black cherry, and a fresh, lifted finish.
