Skin fermented. 100% natural primary and secondary fermentation; pressed after 2 weeks. Aged seven months in 60% Stainless steel barrels & 40% neutral French oak barriques.
Clean but textured, with interesting citrus and tropical notes. The chardonnay adds quite a bit of structure and body to this wine.
