The Pinot Gris for this wine was grown organically and fermented on its skins for 5 days. Muscat provides the expressive aromatic fruit and acidity to support the depth and weight of the skin-contact Pinot gris. The varieties were gently pressed together and underwent natural fermentation with minimal oxygen.
The Riesling comes from an old vine, biodynamically farmed vineyard in the South Salem Hills. Riesling brings a mineral-citrus energy to this wine and an orchard fruit-tinged phenolic depth. Aromatic, tropical and juicy.
