Sébastien Dervieux is a shining star in the world of natural winemaking working on a small domaine in the Loire Valley of only 2.4 hectares. 12 days whole cluster maceration was followed by fermentation in vats which are dug in the ground. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and with no added sulfur.
The wine is a pure expression of fruit. It's vibrant, fresh, and rustic and textured, with an earthy palate and an elegant finish that has just enough grip.
