100% Cinsault hand-harvested at first pass from vines grown in decomposed limestone, quartz, and granite soils. The grapes undergo 5-7 days carbonic maceration prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation before a roughly 6 month élevage. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 9.7% ABV.
This light, refreshing red wine is bursting with red summer berries and vibrant acidity. Serve chilled!
