A new wine from Diego Roig & Shaunt Oungoulian, two guys who have been making killer natural, minimal-intervention wines in Northern California for years now. They organically farm and manage over 8 acres of vineyards in Napa and Sonoma themselves, and they don’t use any chemicals or additives in the cellar.
Grapes are destemmed and fermented on skins for 14 days.The wine is then aged in neutral barrels for two years before bottling and then kept in bottle for another year before release. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with no added sulfites.
