The wine finishes fermentation in the bottle following the traditional ancestral method and it is disgorged after one year. The time spent on its lees help to develop the wine's body and aroma. This frizzante rosato has some structure but is easygoing. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulfur.
Notes of sour cherries, wild strawberry, red currant, orange zest, clove and white pepper, framed by fresh acidity. A savory streak emphasizes the earthy, dry, mineral finish.
