Domaine de la Petite Soeur is located in Anjou, Loire Valley, France. Adrien de Mello founded the Domaine after working for several years all around the world as a winemaker – Quebec, South Africa, United States, then back in France in the Chateauneuf-du-Pape area. He converted the estate to biodynamic farming. In the cellar, according to his philosophy, the wines are vinified and aged without any additions.

This wine is macerated for a brief time, giving it a balance between pineapple, soft citrus acidity, and a hint of bitter lime pith. Lovely roundness and a long finish.
