This methode ancestrale sparkling wine is made by the talented Damien and Coralie Delecheneau in Touraine. The vines are 70 to 80 years old and were planted in the clay and limestone soils by Damien's great grandfather. 

Fermented with native yeasts, with no fining or added sulfur. Medium-bodied, dry, and with a seductive pink color and a nose of ripe red berries, this wine displays a classically dry palate of raspberry, strawberry, and herbs. The finish is dry, bright and lively, with a nice mineral streak.
