All her winery partners practice organic and biodynamic farming in Southern Rhône, Languedoc, and Provence.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eFruit for Quand la Plaine Ondule is 100% Grenache from Saint Julien les Martigues, very close to Fanny's cellar. The grapes are carefully hand-picked to preserve their quality during transport to her cellar. \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eA third of the fruit is direct pressed, and about two thirds macerates \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003ewhole cluster in the direct press juice for 3 weeks.
