These taut, focused examples of Chenin provide a wonderful expression of Anjou’s terroir and possess a great ability to age.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eCoule de Source is Chenin Blanc from two organically-farmed parcels of forty year old vines planted over sand and schist. The grapes are pressed directly straight to cuve, where the wine remains for a year. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulfur.
