Type: Red Wine
Lapalu is an icon in the natural wine movement in France. His nine hectares are farmed organically and biodynamically, and vinification is carried out with little or no sulfur dioxide, generally with strict carbonic maceration.
This wine is a more delicate and nuanced counterpart to its Cote de Brouilly neighbor. Dark ruby color, with aromas of black and blue fruits with hints of dark chocolate and candied orange peel. Complex and bitter-sweet in the mouth, with a lingering and slightly spicy finish.
