A light bodied Trousseau from one of our favorite California winemakers, Chad Hinds. Farming is organic. Whole cluster, 7 day carbonic maceration, spontaneous fermentation in neutral oak with indigenous yeasts. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with very low sulfur.

Fresh and fragrant, with red fruits and dried mushrooms. Peppery, tangy and exotic. Serve cool.
