Grapes are grown organically on sandy clay and flint soils over limestone in Cellettes, Chitenay and Fougères sur Bièvre, AOC Cheverny, and undergo 15-day whole cluster fermentation before aging in old barrels. No added sulfur.

Earthiness and red fruits come from the Gamay in this wine, while the Pinot Noir provides raspberry and a touch of smoke. The blend of the two creates a delicious and precise wine, full of character, dark fruits,  and excellent length. Serve lightly chilled.
