100% Pinot Gris from organically-farmed Eden Rift vineyard. Located 20 miles from the Monterey Bay, the 120-acre estate rests on the San Andreas Fault line and is part of the Cienega Valley AVA. It was originally planted in 1849. 

The organically farmed grapes were harvested at 19 brix and fermented in stainless steel. The wine was aged in barrel for 2 months in barrel and six months in bottle before disgorging by hand.

An amazing balance between riper melon flavors and focused, floral citrus, this wine shows notes of honeysuckle, cantaloupe and fuji apple.
