Grapes are hand harvested and destemmed. This organic/biodynamic vineyard is used specifically to make rosé, so there is no saignee from a red wine. Fermentation takes place in used barrels. The wine goes through elevage in barrels for about 8 months, and tis bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with zero added sulfur.
Refreshing, with notes of tart red berries, white flowers, and citrusy acidity.
