Grape: Gruner Veltliner and Welschriesling
Grapes are hand harvested and destemmed. Fermentation takes place in used barrels. The wine stays in these barrels for an elevage of about 9 months before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with zero addition of sulfur.
Dry, funky and complex, with intriguing aromas of under-ripe melon, kiwi, and lemon rind.
