Cuisine de ma Mère comes from their young vines from clay and sand and is made for early drinking. Organic farming and hand-harvesting. De-stemmed fruit undergoes a 12-day fermentation in open concrete tanks with indigenous yeasts before aging 8 months in concrete. Minimal sulfur added at bottling.
Bright, open and juicy, with soft tannins and notes of blackberries and blackcurrants.
