Type: Red Wine
This wine is made with grapes planted in the best exposed areas. These vines have an average age of 25 years old and grow at 400 meters above sea level. They are known for taking a long time to ripen. Farming is organic, environmentally friendly agriculture is used, strain yield is limited, and the harvest is manual.
In the winery, the grapes are gently pressed. They then ferment for about 15 days. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for a short time in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.
