Type: Orange Wine
Organic/Biodynamic farming. Grapes are manually harvested, destemmed and macerated on the skins for five to twelve days depending on the variety. Native yeast fermentation occurs in stainless steel. The wine is fined with clay soils and undergoes light filtration and a minimal dose of sulfur.
The wine spends several months on skins and stems before being pressed off to clay amphora. Creamy, salty with strong lemon meringue notes, lovely salinity and lots of texture.
