The Luigi Oddero estate’s exceptional Barbera d’Alba comes entirely from their vineyards within La Morra, primarily with a western exposition and averaging 25 years of age. Farming is certified organic. Fermentation took place over 5 days. The wine then matured in cement, followed by roughly 12 months of aging in bottle.
A blend of both traditionalism and precision, this wine captures La Morra’s inherent elegance. Lively, with fresh acidity and notes of red plums and cherries.
