Organic fruit grown in marlstone, chalky limestone & clay soil. Low-sulfur vinification and aging, whole-cluster fermented with indigenous yeasts. Fermented in stainless steel vats, and bottled unfined & unfiltered.
Aromas of fresh strawberries, savory spice, honey and fresh-cut wood. The palate is vibrant and lively, with crunchy red fruit, sappy structure and velvety tannins.
