Sébastien Dervieux is a shining star in the world of natural winemaking farming organically on a small domaine in the Loire Valley of only 2.4 hectares. Wines are vinified with native yeasts in a barn, which exposes the juice to all of the Loire’s extreme climate conditions.
This wine displays pure, juicy ripe blackcurrant, blackberry and violet notes, with a touch of baking spice. Light-bodied, but with concentrated fruit. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with minimal sulfur. Just 10.5% alcohol.
