Whole clusters were allowed to go through carbonic maceration for about 14 days then whole cluster pressed using our gentle pressing cycle. The wine was then fermented in small barrels for approximately 30 days. Finally, the wine was racked to stainless and bottled with a small amount of sulfur.
Made in the style of Beaujolais Nouveau, this wine is fresh, juicy and ready to drink. Bright, ruby red color. The nose is serious and wild, with crushed raspberries, roses and wet earth. The palate is surprisingly structured with a length uncommon in a wine of its age.
