Approximately 20% of the blend was fermented whole cluster. All of the grapes were fermented in concrete and then pressed into older French oak barrels, a few puncheons, concrete tanks, and a small amount of stainless steel. Malolactic occurred naturally with the wine receiving a light sulfur addition immediately before bottling.

Light and refreshing field blend, with floral and red fruit aromas, and vibrant notes of raspberry tart, summer flowers, and bramble. Supple structure, bright, crunchy acidity, and a refreshing finish.
