Type: Sparkling Wine
Costadilá takes a natural approach to making Prosecco. The grapes are farmed organically and harvested by hand in small baskets. The fermentation is spontaneous and takes place in steel with skin maceration for 15 days with indigenous yeasts. The wine is left on the lees for at least 5 months before bottling.
The 280SLM is named after the altitude of the vines in meters. With a pale orange color, the wine is dry and full of character, with a delicate fizz and pear notes.
