Old-vine Xarel-lo from Penedes, from vines planted on sandy-calcareous soils. Organic/biodynamic farming. Hand-harvested, fermented with local yeasts in amphorae and aged on its lees in 300-litre amphorae for 6 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with no additives, including sulfur.

An appealing yet understated exotic fruit nose, with plenty of mineral structure. Medium bodied with good acidity.
