Type: Red Wine
Organic farming on silty clay and limestone soils. Grenache and Merlot are vinified separately in order to achieve balance and extraction of the softest material as possible. The two grape varieties are blended after six months of aging in tanks, once malolactic fermentation is done, and bottled without filtration.
The nose is intense, with layers of mulberry and blackberry, and touches of garrigue herbs. Textured and dark on the palate, with black fruits and a cluster of pebbly tannins and tar on the finish.
