Using older wines as a base, the cuvée Saint Anne is integrated and silky - reminiscent of older Champagnes. Some of the base wine was aged in stainless steel while the majority (60%) was aged in old oak barrels resulting in a richness on the palate. In addition to this, the wine aged for 2 years on the lees before disgorgement.
A stunning Champagne for its complexity and finesse. Rich and creamy on the palate, with notes of dried orchard fruit, spice, pastry, baked apple tart and lemon confit. Striking energy, complexity and depth.
