Grape: Pinot Noir
The Pinot Noir is farmed organically/biodynamically and hand-harvested from sandstone, shale, and mudstone soils. Fermented with native yeasts and aged 12 months in 25-30% new French oak, then put into used barrels for an additional 3-6 months.
Medium-bodied and smooth, with aromas of black cherries, strawberry, vanilla, and orange blossom. Silky tannins and a long finish.
