Type: Orange Wine
Organic/biodynamic farming. Spontaneous fermentation of white grapes without temperature control and no added chemicals. The skins remain in contact for 8 days in open vats, then the racking and pressing are carried out and transferred to fiberglass containers where it refines on its lees for 8 months, followed by further aging in the bottle. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with minimal sulfur.
A fresh, citrusy and yeasty skin-contact white.
