Organic/biodynamic farming. Made from 100% old vine Aglianico grown in Irpinia, Campania. Fermented by indigenous yeast in wood for 2 months then aged in chestnut barrel for 3 years and another year in the bottle. No added sulfur.
The nose expresses aromas of plum and cherry, notes of dried flowers and tobacco and ash. On the palate, this wine is structured and complex with retains its freshness and acidity. Long and slightly bitter finish.
