This is a manzanilla with one of the longest aging periods on the market. Years under the velo de flor (a particular film of yeasts) imparts a range of incredible characteristics.

Pungent and clean with intensity and finesse from the prolonged aging under flor. Aromas of the sea with saline and iodine notes. Dry on the palate, with subtle salinity and a smooth, harmonious finish.
