The grapes were foot stomped and left to macerate for about 3 hours, before being pressed gently to avoid tannin. It was settled overnight in stainless steel, fermented in stainless steel, and barrel aged for 4 months before bottling for secondary fermentation. 4 barrels produced.
Delicate, with notes of strawberry, peach and watermelon.
