The vines, which are up to 20 years old, are rooted on clay-limestone soils, rich in gravel and with very stony sections. Harvesting is carried out by hand and is followed by red vinification with\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003espontaneous alcoholic fermentation in oak barrels, accompanied by approximately two weeks of contact between the must and the skins. Malolactic fermentation is also carried out and the wine is then aged for 6 months, again in oak barrels, before resting in the bottle.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLight ruby red, with aromas of red fruits such as raspberry and morello cherry. On the palate, typical notes of almond, as well as floral and spicy nuances.
