From 50 year-old vines grown in schiste, clay and limestone soils. Organic/biodynamic farming. 12 days of cold maceration. Spontaneous, native yeast fermentation followed by 6 months in stainless steel. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
A play on the phrase "I came, I saw, I conquered" (I came, I saw, I drank), the 2018 Viti Vini Bibi is a delicious light to medium-bodied red, showing ripe blue and black fruit. The palate is juicy and well-balanced, with excellent freshness and acidity.
