Andi Knauss's 'Pure' line of wines contain no added sulfur. Destemmed and 10 days of maceration in plastic vats before pressing and aged in 500 liter barrels and in stainless steel tanks for 6 months. The wine is then blended and put into fiberglass tanks for continuous aging for 6 months before bottling.
Fresh and juicy, with red floral aromas and delicately crunchy red fruits, blood orange zest, subtly bitter herbs and a mineral edge.
