Region: Castilla Y León
Grape: Garnacha Tintorera
Amanda comes from Alfredo Maestro's old vines of Garnacha Tintorera, planted on clay-limestone soils at about 850 meters of elevation. Fermented in steel vat with wild yeasts and around 20 hours of skin contact, and raised in tank with the winter temperatures naturally clarifying the finished wine, which is bottled with nothing added, including sulfur.
Amanda is a deeply colored yet translucent, full-bodied rosado with high acidity and an electric red fruit palate, with notes of cherry and raspberry, citrus, and minerals.
