Matiz Sardinillas with Piquillo Peppers

From Matiz Gallego, these tender baby sardines, or "Sardinillas" are harvested off the coast of Galicia. Their small size means their bones are far less noticeable than in larger sardines.

Absolutely delicious with a squeeze of lemon juice on toast, or by themselves straight out of the tin.
