50% Gamay from the organically farmed Witters Vineyard in El Dorado, 50% Pinot Noir from Spring Hill in Petaluma Gap. Fruit was picked at 19 brix and direct pressed. Both varieties were aged in neutral French oak before being racked to stainless and blended. Tirage: 12 months. Brut Nature. Disgorged by hand. 7 barrels produced.
