Grape: Red grapes
This is an extremely limited-production natural Vermouth made with a blend of organically/biodynamically-grown white and red grapes, citrus and a mix of botanicals from a Torino based herbalist. This vermouth comes in at a lower abv than usual, with the elevated acidity lending extra lift to the perfumed spices on the nose, and a refreshing bite on the palate. A dangerously drinkable vermouth to serve with soda water or over ice with a lemon or orange slice. No added sulfur.
