Known for being one of the sweetest wines in the world, Pedro Ximenez is made from grapes dried on straw mats, fermented and fortified, then aged under the solera system. 

Aromas of raisins, molasses, figs, toffee, caramel and nuts. Concentrated and full-bodied on the palate, with sweet raisin and dried plum notes, and a lengthy finish.
