The historical Bartolemei vineyard in Mendocino County has been in the family since the 1800's and the Carignan was planted in the early 1930's & late 1940's. These dry farmed, organically-farmed, head-trained vines look more like crooked trees shooting up from red rock soil - this Southern Rhone varietal thrives here.
Trail Marker Rosé displays aromas of melons, white peaches, strawberries and raspberries. Lush fruit, refreshing acidity and an elegant, balanced palate.
