Organic farming. The grapes were foot crushed with a long press cycle to pick up flavor and texture. Fermented in stainless steel and aged on the lees in neutral oak. The wine went through native primary and secondary fermentation and was bottled with minimal sulfur.
This rose is light and bright, with beautiful texture and notes of watermelon, hibiscus, thyme, and blood orange, backed by firm fine tannins and a lengthy finish.
