The 2021 Patatino is a blend of freshly fermented, whole-cluster and lightly macerated Pinot Noir from Dicesare Vineyard, and whole-cluster, carbonic Petite Sirah from Bricarelli Ranch. Organic farming and minimal sulfur added at bottling.

The hazy blend drinks more like a slightly wild Poulsard than the richer fruit of Nouveau’s past, but is no less jubilant. Patatino has a lightweight body, bright acidity, and slight spritziness. Serve lightly chilled.
