This is a wild and uniquely delicious carbonic, co-fermented wine made in three tanks, each of which was treated differently. After press, the juice from each lot was fermented separately in stainless steel, and the lots were combined once they were dry. Primary and malo-lactic fermentation were with native yeast. There were no additions to this wine.

Beautiful deep coral hue. The red grapes give this wine a spicy nose and plenty of texture, while the white grapes add beautiful watermelon and rhubarb notes, plus a clean, mineral finish.
